Journal Weekly Wrap-Up

Weekly Wrap-Up March 17-23, 2019

Welcome back to Life with a Pop! I don’t know about you, but I had another good week – March has really been a great month. I’m excited to think back on this week because it has been one of my most productive weeks. For anyone new here the goal is to reflect on your week to realize how many positive aspects there were, use your senses to observe the world around you, as well as focus on how you can improve to be a better person! I posted an introduction to explain the concept further, but here is a basic idea of what is included in a Weekly Wrap-Up post:

My Weekly Wrap-Up Reflection:

  • 5 Positive Senses
    1. The sight of a little dachshund walking on campus
    2. The smell of my friend’s wax burner
    3. The taste of a Vietnamese dinner
    4. The sound of Fletcher, a new artist (to me at least)
    5. The feel of laying in bed at the end of the day
  • 4 Things I am Thankful For
    1. Walks to Market Square
    2. March Madness starting
    3. Planning a trip to see two of my best friends next week
    4. The package my dad sent me
  • 3 Things I am Proud Of
    1. Getting an A on my science and math exams
    2. Going to the gym
    3. Being productive and getting my work done
  • 2 Things That I Could Work On
    1. Working on using my phone less at night
    2. Eating less sugary food
  • 1 Hope For Next Week
    1. Gaining more followers on Life with a Pop
