Journal Weekly Wrap-Up

Weekly Wrap-Up February 17-23, 2019

I can’t believe there is only one week left in February! Personally, this hasn’t been the best month, but by no means has it been the worst. I could sit here and talk about what has been stressing me out, but instead I am going to focus on the positives! Everyone can benefit from taking a step back and reflecting on their week. For anyone new here the goal is to reflect on your week to realize how many positive aspects there were, use your senses to observe the world around you, as well as focus on how you can improve to be a better person! I posted an introduction to explain the concept further, but here is a basic idea of what is included in a Weekly Wrap-Up post:

  • 5 Positive Senses 
    1. The sight a puppy playing in the snow
    2. The smell my friend’s wax burner
    3. The taste of an Eat’n Park cookie
    4. The sound of the Michael Buble concert
    5. The feel of fresh air in my room from opening the window
  • 4 Things I am Thankful For 
    1. FaceTiming my brother and sister this week
    2. Talking to my Dad on the phone
    3. My mom coming to visit
    4. Getting Thomas Rhett tickets
  • 3 Things I am Proud Of 
    1. Working on making myself better
    2. Speaking my mind
    3. Going to the gym every day
  • 2 Things That I Could Work On 
    1. Putting more focus on my blog
    2. Keeping my room organized during the week
  • 1 Hope For Next Week
    1. To get through the week before spring break starts!
