Journal Weekly Wrap-Up

Weekly Wrap-Up January 27 – February 2, 2019

Happy February! A new month is a great opportunity to start trying out Weekly Wrap-Ups. Everyone can benefit from taking a step back and reflecting on their week. For anyone new here the goal is to reflect on your week to realize how many positive aspects there were, use your senses to observe the world around you, as well as focus on how you can improve to be a better person! I posted an introduction to explain the concept further, but here is a basic idea of what is included in a Weekly Wrap-Up post:

I definitely need to focus on eating better this week. Last week I got thrown schedule and it ruined my lifestyle change attempt but this week I’m all over it.
