Journal Weekly Wrap-Up

Weekly Wrap-Up December 30, 2018 – January 5, 2019

Happy New Year everyone!! This week has been really busy, but full of so many fun moments and adventures! Which means it is the perfect time to reflect for this week’s Weekly Wrap-Up! For anyone new here the goal is to reflect on your week to realize how many positive aspects there were, use your senses to observe the world around you, as well as focus on how you can improve to be a better person! I posted an introduction to explain the concept further, but here is a basic idea of what is included in a Weekly Wrap-Up post:

My Weekly Wrap-Up Reflection:

  • 5 Positive Senses
    1. The sight of seeing the ball drop live in Times Square
    2. The smell of the different scents on Soarin’ in Epcot
    3. The taste of the margarita pizza at John’s Pizza in NYC
    4. The sound of the singers in the Lion King performance in Animal Kingdom
    5. The feel of warm clothes/blankets after standing in Times Square for 14 hours
  • 4 Things I am Thankful For
    1. My parents for giving me so many opportunities
    2. Getting to be in NYC to see the ball drop on New Year’s
    3. Going to Disney with my sister and best friend
    4. Having safe travels
  • 3 Things I am Proud Of
    1. Traveling independently
    2. Making my New Year’s resolutions
    3. Putting in effort to think before I speak
  • 2 Things That I Could Work On
    1. Coping when I feel overwhelmed
    2. Not overthinking
  • 1 Hope For Next Week
    1. I have a good start to my second semester
