Weekly Wrap-Up December 16-22

I can’t believe it is almost Christmas, which means there is lots to be thankful for! This has been a very fun week so I am excited to share my Weekly Wrap-Up with you all! For anyone new here the goal is to reflect on your week to realize how many positive aspects there were, use your senses to observe the world around you, as well as focus on how you can improve to be a better person! I posted an introduction to explain the concept further, but here is a basic idea of what is included in a Weekly Wrap-Up post:

My Weekly Wrap-Up Reflection:

  • 5 Positive Senses
    1. The sight of a really pretty sunset
    2. The smell of fresh air on my walk
    3. The taste of Chinese take-out
    4. The sound of my friends and I singing in the car
    5. The feel of a new blanket/hoodie my brother gave me
  • 4 Things I am Thankful For
    1. My sister, Maggie’s, new dog, Petey
    2. Birthday presents from my friends and family
    3. Having two movie nights
    4. Having the ability to FaceTime my brother
  • 3 Things I am Proud Of
    1. Receiving 100% on my final paper
    2. Focusing on creating content for my blog
    3. Doing well at my job
  • 2 Things That I Could Work On
    1. Coping when I feel overwhelmed
    2. Communicating more clearly
  • 1 Hope For Next Week
    1. I hope that my family has a great Christmas
